NATIONAL HONOR SOCIETY
What is the National Honor Society?
National Honor Society (NHS) is a community built around four pillars since 1921––scholarship, service, leadership, and character. The National Honor Society Program empowers and provides each student with skills and knowledge to become amazing and life-changing leaders in their workplace, community, and beyond in their lifetime.
What we do:
As members of this society, we must fulfill the requirements of each pillar:
Scholarship
We must maintain academic achievement or an equivalent of academic excellence.
Service
Each member voluntarily contributed to their school and community without compensation.
Leadership
All of our members are resourceful, creative, and punctilious.
Character
We must demonstrate high standards of morality, dependability, and respect toward others.
